eDoc Organizer is a document management application, ideal for anyone who has a large collection of documents on their PC.
One of the biggest flaws in Windows is the weak search engine that makes it all too easy to lose documents in a forest of folder trees. eDoc Organizer gives you a pleasant, simple and user friendly environment to keep your documents. As well as the usual range of Office files and PDFs, you can also scan directly from eDoc Organizer, to digitize your paper media.
When documents are imported, you can add tags to them, simply by dragging the tag onto to file icon. Once tagged, you can then quickly see all documents tagged for, say, March quickly and easily. Documents can have multiple tags, which makes finding them really easy.
There isn't much more to eDoc Organizer than that, but it's a big improvement on a Windows folder. It's very visual, quick and well designed.
